Masaya Llavaneras-Blanco PhD Candidate Balsillie School of International Affairs, Wilfrid Laurier University

Masaya works with Prof. Rianne Mahon researching about the different ways in which International Organizations address the interaction of migration and the work of care. Her dissertation research focuses on the care-gender-migration interface through the perspective of Haitian and Dominican migrant domestic workers in the Dominican Republic and New York.

Masaya is Trillium Scholar and a PhD Candidate at the Balsillie School of International Affairs-Wilfrid Laurier University.
